This disclaimer explains the scope of the information provided on this website and the nature of the products and services offered by LongEdge Technologies. 1. What LongEdge provides

LongEdge engineers bespoke trading decision and execution systems built around your trading methodology. DES-1 is designed to evaluate and govern that methodology, operating entirely within your own trading environment without relying on a LongEdge-hosted decision engine. LongEdge does not provide investment advice, trade recommendation services, trade signal services, managed-account services, copy trading service or trading education.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this website, and nothing we provide, constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative or other financial product. We are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker or dealer, and we do not provide regulated investment advice or financial services. DES-1 is designed to strengthen an existing trading methodology, not to create one. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

3. Trading involves risk

Trading and investing — particularly in leveraged and derivative instruments such as futures — carry a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital. You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and only after you understand the risks involved.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular result, return, or outcome. Any trading outcomes depend on your own decisions, your configuration of the system, your risk management, and market conditions outside anyone's control. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future results.

5. Illustrative examples

Examples, figures and simulated outputs on this website are illustrative only. Where an example names a real instrument, price or date, it does so only to show how DES-1 evaluates an opportunity and records its reasoning. It does not describe a real trade, a decision taken by anyone, or a result. It is not a recommendation to trade that instrument. Examples are hypothetical and do not indicate past or future performance.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for their outcomes. You are responsible for determining whether use of DES-1 is appropriate for you, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction. Using this website does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and LongEdge Technologies.

7. Third-party services

DES-1 may interface with third-party brokers, market-data feeds and trading platforms as part of your trading environment. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or performance. Any reference to them is for description only and does not imply endorsement or partnership.

8. Information provided "as is"

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only, on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind as to its accuracy or completeness. We may change the content of this website at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LongEdge provides its software and related services without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LongEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the use of this website, DES-1 or related services, including trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Licensing, support, and software updates

Support is not advice. Support tickets, diagnostic analysis, and any message LongEdge sends on a ticket address the operation of the DES-1 software. They are not trading, investment, or financial advice and do not assess any trade, position, or strategy.

Diagnostic analysis is assisted by automated tools. LongEdge uses automated analysis, including an artificial intelligence service, to examine diagnostic bundles. The founder reviews every result before any action is taken. LongEdge does not guarantee that an issue will be identified, reproduced, or resolved, or that it will be resolved within any particular time.

Updates are installed at your discretion. DES-1 downloads updates in the background and installs one only when you choose to. LongEdge signs every package and DES-1 verifies the signature before installing. You remain responsible for choosing when to install, for confirming DES-1 operates correctly in your environment after an update, and for restoring the previous version if it does not. DES-1 refuses to install while a session is armed or a position is open; this safeguard does not replace your own judgment about timing.

Publisher warning. LongEdge does not currently use a Microsoft-recognized publisher certificate. Windows may display an "unknown publisher" warning at installation. This warning does not indicate that the package is unsigned or altered.

License expiry. When a license expires and its grace period ends, DES-1 disables market data and trade evaluation and keeps your records available for viewing. Positions exist at your broker, not in DES-1. License expiry does not close, change, or manage any position. You are responsible for managing your positions with your broker at all times, including before a license expires.

Service availability. The licensing and support service operated by LongEdge may be unavailable at times. DES-1 does not depend on that service to run once a license is activated. Activation of a new machine, submission of a support ticket, and delivery of updates require the service to be reachable.
